Synthetic Pitches - Gaelic Football & Gaelic Sports

SIS has supplied full size Gaelic Pitches to clients in Ireland, our carpets can be seen in Meath, Dublin and Tyrone.

Gaelic Sports in Ireland are the ‘National Game’ and are played throughout Ireland. Due to climatic conditions, rain! natural grass ‘Gaelic’ pitches suffer severe wear and tear. The SIS development team, many who have played Gaelic Sports have produced two products to meet the requirements of all Gaelic Sports games.

The ‘All Star’ range includes two products designed to meet the requirement of Gaelic Football, Hurling & Camogie. These products have been developed from the experience of players in Ireland. SIS has Gaelic Sports pitches already installed in Ireland which utilise these new tailor-made carpets.

All Star H&C is designed for Hurling and Camogie, with a with a sand and rubber infill and a pile height of between 65mm and 70mm.

It is important to note that SIS use only specialist machines to infill these carpets ensuring good player compatibility.

All Star Football meets the characteristics required for Gaelic football with a pile height between 65mm and 70mm. A choice of either fibrillated or monofilament fibres are available.
