Position: SITE FOREMAN
Contract Status: Permanent

A Site Foreman is required to  manage and oversee projects, ensuring their completion to agreed standards and timescales.  Ideally you must have practical groundsmanship experience preferably to include synthetic as well as natural surfaces.  You must be prepared to be away from your home base most weeks and at peak times during the weekends. Clean driving licence is essential.

Position:  CONTRACTS SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Contract Status: Permanent
Salary: TBC

We require an enthusiastic individual based at company head office to be part of a small team to assist with the continuing expansion of the company. To ensure that drawings and other documentation are produced to the highest standard in agreed timescales.

To provide highest quality service to customers.
To produce CAD drawings for tenders and construction.
To extract tender/contract data from tender documents received.
To compile, request, chase and verify subcontract and material enquiries for
submission to estimator.
To compile method statements and other documentation for tender submissions.
Assist Site Managers and Supervisors on ISO and H & S documentation as
required.
Salary negotiable depending on experience. Attractive benefits and remuneration package available to the successful applicant. Standard office hours apply.
