Athletic Bilbao, Spain (Synthetic Turf)
SIS mobilised crews and equipment to arrive onsite within 36 hours. The existing pitch surface was removed in 8 hours using SIS’ unique SISavator machine, the rootzone was loosened and then graded. 23 trucks were used to transport 7,600m2 of natural turf from France. 40mm thick cut turf was then installed in time before the first match against Racing Santander.
