SIS Management Group:
George Mullan, Chairman & CEO SIS Group Ltd
George is responsible for the strategic direction of the companies within SIS Group. His focus is to build SIS into the premier sports and leisure surface company with operations throughout the world. George has led the new operations in Africa and Eastern Europe.
Alan Wearmouth, CFO, Finance, Personnel and IT
Prior to joining SIS in August 2001, Alan worked in the oil and the construction industry. Alan has managed the financial expansion of SIS Group into 7 trading companies operating throughout the EU, Eastern Europe, Middle East and into Africa.
Phil Nichols, Managing Director SIS Manufacturing Ltd
Phil has extensive experience in the textile industry and is a qualified accountant. Phil joined SIS Mfg in 2006 as Finance Manger and was promoted in 2007 to Managing Director. 
Bob Taylor, Director of Operations
Bob is well known in the sports construction industry having worked for Charles Lawrence, Smith Construction and more recently Banner Sports. Bob has over 20 years experience in estimating and constructing sports pitches throughout the UK.
Stephen Spaven, Director of Sales
Stephen has over 20 years experience in the sports surfacing industry and has worked for many high profile clients including The David Beckham Academy, Arsenal, Manchester City, Newcastle United and many other premier league football clubs.
Ton Roosendaal, Country Manager Support Partners In Sport BV
Ton has worked for SIS since 2000 and has extensive experience in returfing football stadiums and maintenance of pitches. Ton is responsible for the maintenance of 3 Dutch First Division Football clubs and the world famous Ajax training academy centre. He also manages all the new pitch installations at the Amsterdam ArenA.
Ilyas Kobal, Managing Director SIS Eastern Europe
Ilyas is an experienced civil engineer specialising in stadium projects. Prior to joining SIS Ilyas has constructed high profile club football pitches in Eastern Europe including Galatasaray and Fenerbahce. Ilyas is responsible for managing the international projects and expansion of SIS into Eastern Europe.
David Ball, Managing Director SIS Middle East
David has over 20 years experienec working in the middle east on both natural and synthetic pitches. David is responsible for managing the projects in the middle east and surrounding areas. 
Pedro Sousa , General Manager SIS Angola Lda
Pedro has worked with the SIS Group in Angola on past projects and is now based in our Luanda office overseeing all projects in the area.
Phil Blackwell, International Contracts Director
Phil has worked for SIS since 2004 and is an experienced Contract Manager. He has worked on projects throughout the UK and through recent promotion is responsible for projects overseas. Prior to joining SIS, Phil was Assistant Groundsman at Ipswich Town FC. 
Simon Mroczek, Contracts Manager
Simon joined SIS in 2005 with a background in the natural turf business. Simon was promoted to Contract Manager; he has completed various projects within the UK and overseas for SIS in both synthetic turf and natural turf. 
Wojciech Nadolny, Site Foreman
Wojciech joined SIS in 2005 and has extensive knowledge in both synthetic and natural turf surface installations. Wojciech is responsible for supervising installations and has a significant amount of construction site experience gained whilst working throughout the UK and overseas. 
Paul Merriman, Site Foreman
Paul has over 25 years experience working within the construction industry. Paul has worked with the ERDC Group constructing several sports pitches throughout the UK and has extensive knowledge in civil engineering. 
Jon Turnbull, Site Supervisor
Jon joined SIS during summer 2011 and has extensive knowledge in plant operations. Jon is responsible for supervising installations and the day to day running of the site. 
Rob Hope , Company Accountant
Rob joined SIS in October 2010 and is responsible for the accounting functions of the UK & Dutch operations. 
Sylwia Szestowicka, Finance Assistant
Initially employed in 2009 as a factory operative, Sylwia transferred to the finance department and reports to Rob Hope in this capacity. 
Mandy Iredale, Administration Manager - SIS UK
Mandy has been with SIS since 2007 and is responsible for site liaison, ISO and tender and prequalification submissions.
Sarah White, Sales Office Manager - SIS Manufacturing
Sarah joined the company straight from school and has vast product knowledge. Sarah is responsible for managing the internal sales support staff.
Tracy Sutton , Production Manager- SIS Manufacturing
Tracy has worked in carpet manufacture since 2002. Tracy is responsible for the production of the carpet at the Maryport site. 
Julie Irving, Operations Manager - SIS Manufacturing
Julie has 16 years experience of carpet manufacture. Julie is responsible for the man power, health and saftey and also company procedures within SIS Manufacturing.
