- A track record of providing clients with innovative solutions built on extensive experience in the sports industry
The SIS management team has extensive experience in managing companies and
in manufacturing, designing and building sports facilities. The company employs
a full time staff of over 60 split between the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands.
The management group is as follows:
Mr. G. A. Mullan, Chairman & CEO of Support in Sport Group Limited
George is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and marketing
for the Group. He has worked in North and South America as well as in Europe
and specialises in synthetic sports surfaces.
Mr. R. de Heer, Director of Operations is responsible for the design
and management of construction projects
Rob was one of the founding partners of Support Partners in Sport BV, and
has 15 years experience of designing and building sports pitches and golf
courses. Rob has designed and installed sports fields and training centers
throughout Europe.
Mr. A. Wearmouth, CFO, is responsible for finance, personnel and
information technology
Prior to joining Support in August 2001, Alan worked in the oil and the construction
industry.
Mr. P. Nichols, Managing Director SIS Manufacturing Ltd
Phil Nicholls has extensive experience in the textile industry and is a qualified accountant. Phil joined SIS Mfg in 2006 as Finance Manger and was promoted in 2007 to Managing Director.
Mr. B. Docherty, Director of Manufacturing is responsible
for the production and quality control
Brian has over 34 years experience in production and quality management
positions in the carpet industry.
Bob Taylor - Senior Estimator and Contracts Manager
Bob Taylor has joined SIS UK as senior estimator and contracts manager. Bob will well known in the sports construction industry having worked for Charles Lawrence, Smith Construction and more recently Banner Sports. Bob has over twenty years experience in building sports pitches and estimating.
Mr. T. Roosendaal, Country Manager of the Dutch subsidiary, Support
Partners in Sport BV
Ton has worked for SIS since 2000 and has extensive experience in returfing soccer stadiums and maintenance of pitches.
Phil Blackwell, Contract Manager
Phil has worked for SIS for 4 years and is an experienced Contract
Manager. Prior to joining SIS, Phil was Assistant Groundsman at Ipswich Town.
Simon Mroczek
Simon handles the SIS natural turf maintenance business and is
responsible for our maintenance contracts with Dartford Borough Council.
Marie Cooksey
Marie is currently Assistant Contract Manager at SIS (UK). She is a specialist
in synthetic turf.
Brian McLaughlin, Northern Sales Manager
Brian has worked for SIS on the construction and synthetic installations
and is now responsible for sales of SIS (Mfg), SIS (UK) and Artificial Grass
Ltd in the North of England, Wales and Scotland.
Debbie Simmons
Debbie is responsible for the customer service of the SIS companies in the
UK and has sales responsibility for Artificial Grass Ltd online.
