SIS are appointed to be part of the RFU, FA and FF framework agreement
SIS has been appointed to be part of a four year framework agreement to provide the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of artificial grass pitches. The agreement is in support of the Rugby Football Union (RFU), Football Association (FA) and Football Foundation (FF) capital investment programme.
Our commitment to ensuring surfaces conform to the highest standards and stress of competitive rugby, has led to the development of third generation (3G) long pile synthetic surfaces. The surfaces are designed for the rigorous demands of this high impact sport. A unique combination of fibres enables increased performance and excellent playing characteristics.
These exacting requirements take into consideration the particular demands of the game, such as the height players can fall from during the match, and the consistent and prolonged periods spent directly in contact with the playing surface. We have advanced synthetic turf systems which provide more protection to players impacting on to the pitch surface.
